SPOKEN TUTORIALS THROUGH IIT BOMBAY

The SPOKEN TUTORIALS-IIT BOMBAY initiative aims to promote digital learning for all by offering low-cost, high-quality training in Free and Open-Source Software (FOSS) to students, teachers, and professionals from various educational institutions, skill centers, NGOs, and industries. It provides self-paced learning opportunities, allowing learners to study at their convenience. To enhance employability and career growth, this program equips students and professionals with job-ready digital skills in over 75 FOSS tools, including Linux, Python, Java, PHP, MySQL, and C++, along with IIT Bombay-certified courses to boost career prospects. Faculty development and institutional support are also key objectives, with training for faculty members to become authorized trainers, encouragement for colleges and universities to integrate MOOC-based learning, and 24×7 technical and academic assistance from IIT Bombay.
