 M. Kumara Swamy has completed his PhD from International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad popularly known as IIIT-H. He has also completed his MS by Research from the same institution (IIIT-H). He has published around 25 peer reviewed research papers. His core area of research includes Data Sciences, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval and Extraction, Artificial Intelligence, and ICTs for Rural Development. He has worked in eSagu, Agro-advisory system, eAgromet, weather based agro-advisory system funded by IMD, CropDarpan projects. He has been an organizing committee member of PAKDD-2021, BDA-2017, AIPA-2012 and PAKDD-2010. Currently, he is working in CMR Engineering College, Hyderabad in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence-Machine learning) for last two years. His teaching interests are Database Management Systems, Data Mining, Information Retrieval and Extraction, Data Science, Python programming, etc.
