MINI PROJECTS
The aim of the mini project is that the student has to understand the real time software development environment. The student should gain a thorough knowledge in the problem, he/she has selected and the language / software, he/she is using.
Project objectives are what you plan to achieve by the end of your project. This might include deliverables and assets, or more intangible objectives like increasing productivity or motivation. Your project objectives should be attainable, time-bound, specific goals you can measure at the end of your project.
Through these mini projects, children express feelings and communicate ideas and thoughts. Mini projects provide opportunities for expansion of knowledge and skills and broader learning experience.
In brief, project management objectives are the successful development of the project’s procedures of initiation, planning, execution, regulation and closure as well as the guidance of the project team’s operations towards achieving all the agreed upon goals within the set scope, time, quality and budget standards.
Aims are statements of intent. They are usually written in broad terms. They set out what you hope to achieve at the end of the project. Objectives, on the other hand, should be specific statements that define measurable outcomes, e.g. what steps will be taken to achieve the desired outcome.
