Objectives
- Focuses on a big and open-ended question, challenge, or problem in which the students conduct a fair amount of literature review and conceive ideas for solving the problem in hand. [PBL1]
- Illustrates what the students understand and are expected to know in the academic front. [PBL2]
- Is inquiry-based, stimulates intrinsic curiosity, and generates questions as it helps students to seek answers. [PBL3]
- Uses skills such as critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity, among others. [PBL4]
- Requires students to present their problems, research process, methods, and results as scientific research or real-world projects. [PBL5]
Benefits
