The multimedia approach consisting of the use of many appropriate and carefully selected devices, techniques and media in such a combination as to yield in the most effective realization of the teaching- learning objectives in a best possible way. Multimedia approach to teaching – learning can be classified in different ways as a combination of computer hardware and software that allows you to integrate video, animation, audio, graphics, and test resources to develop effective presentations.

These media are so selected and planned to achieve the following objectives

    • It is an educational technology to improve the process & product of education or teaching. [MLP1]

    • It provides variety & flexibility to classroom learning. [MLP2]

    • It reduces the effect of teachers to some extent. [MLP3]

Specific Outcome with Multimedia Learning Process (MLP) in mapping to their objectives as follows

    • MLP has helped in technical presentations efficiently and effectively with better understanding and delivering, than traditional teaching. [O-MLP1,2,3,4,5,6]

    • It has helped in better mutual relevance that is presented simultaneously rather than successively. [O-MLP7,8]

    • Learning feedback has observed better with significant information presentation. [O-MLP9,11]

    • Application relevance meets best in quality and complex diagram easy to keep in MLP. [O-MLP10]

Peer review and critique

Multimedia Tools used are recorded and the documents are submitted for peer review with expert committee for identifying any difficulties and suggestions. The following are the guidelines given by the committee to implement the above method effectively.

    • Use PPT’s prepared by respective faculty with briefly
