FACULTY WELFARE
CMREC started in the year 2010 with small number of staffs for an intake of 300 students. Present in our institution has as intake of 1122 students from 7 branches. The institution has implemented various welfare measures for teaching and non-teaching staff. Facilitation of faculty participation in programmes for professional development, organized by the institute and also other agencies, through grant of leave and providing financial incentives. Financial incentives and on duty leave for faculty who are engaged in research related works. The welfare measures are to support, encourage and enhance professional development among teaching and non-teaching staff as listed below:
- Free Transport facility through the college bus for non-teaching staff.
- Faculty development programs for teaching staff.
- Uniform is provided to Class IV employees.
- The female staff can avail Maternity Leave of 120 days for a maximum of two times during their tenure in CMREC.
- Sabbatical leave is granted to faculty to undertake study or research or other academic pursuits solely for the objective of increasing their proficiency and usefulness.
- Interest free loans recoverable in installments are given to teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Fee concessions are granted for the employee’s children studying in CMREC.
- Grant of support for the children of non-teaching staff and housekeeping staff is extended during the occasion’s i.e. marriage.
- Organizing Health Awareness programmes.
- Financial assistance for higher studies and health.
- Subsidized Medical facility at select hospitals in the city.
- Employees Provident Fund to the eligible staff members
