The purpose of the Guest Lecture is to introduce the concept of “Intellectual property rights” to students and faculty members. So that they can secure their innovations and research works.
Description
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering has conducted a Guest lecture on Identifying Intellectual Property Component At The Early Stage Of Innovation. CMREC conducted this Guest Lecture through online mode due to the pandemic situation of COVID-19. The total number of students participated was around 90 from Second year. And 20 faculty members joined for this Lecture.

To provide basic understanding of Intellectual property Rights. Encourages individuals to distribute and share information and data instead of keeping it confidential. Provides legal defense and offers the creators the incentive of their work.
